Join us for an unforgettable kayak tour at beautiful Lakepoint State Park! Take a peaceful drift through scenic waterways, while experiencing the local wildlife on Cowikee Creek.

Arrive 20 minutes early for safety course, PDF fitting and general before trip instruction.

3-Mile Solo

The 3-mile solo tour is offered on Thursday and Friday at 10:00AM and everyday we are open at 2PM.

6-Mile Solo

The 6-mile solo tour is offered on Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday at 9:00AM.

What to Expect

Your guided kayak tour begins with a comprehensive safety briefing and paddling instruction. Our guides will ensure you're comfortable with the equipment and basic paddling techniques before setting out.

Guides are knowledgeable about the local ecosystem and will point out interesting features along the way. They'll also ensure your safety and comfort throughout the journey.

The tour is suitable for beginners and experienced paddlers alike. We'll adjust the pace to match the group's abilities and interests.

During the tour, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Explore hidden coves and inlets
  • Spot local wildlife, including birds and fish
  • Learn about the area"s history and ecology
  • Take breaks to rest and enjoy the scenery

    Cancellation Policy

    We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our business:

    • Full refund, it canceled at least 24 hours before the tour
    • 50% refund if canceled between 12-24 hours before the tour
    • No refund for cancellations less than 12 hours before the tour
    • In case of inclement weather, we"ll either reschedule or provide a full refund

      We meet at the Kayak Eufaula Outfitter at Lakepoint State Park:

      Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled tour time to allow for check-in, safety briefing and equipment setup.

      • Camera or phone (in waterproof case)

      Know Before You Go

      Our trips range in time from 3 to 6 hours.

      • Participants must be at least 8 years old (under 18 must have a parent waiver)
      • Basic swimming ability is required
      • Wear comfortable clothing that you can get wet
      • Bring any necessary medications
      • Notify us of any medical conditions or concerns
      • Arrive well rested and hydrated
      • Recommended weight for a single kayak is 300lbs. If over 300lbs, a tandem trip is recommended.
