We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our business:

  • Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the tour
  • 50% refund if cancelled between 12-24 hours before the tour
  • No refund for cancellations less than 12 hours before the tour
  • In case of inclement weather, we'll either reschedule or provide a full refund

Please arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled tour time to allow for check-in, safety briefing and equipment setup.
